RESPONDER 360 PRIVACY POLICY
Cloud Dock Solutions, LLC., (“CDS”) collects certain information from its customers when they use CDS’s mobile applications, websites, products, and services (collectively, “Services”). This privacy statement (“Privacy Policy”) applies to persons anywhere in the world who use CDS’s services. This Privacy Policy lays out our policies and procedures surrounding the collection and handling of information that identifies an individual user or that could be used to contact or locate him or her. Please note that this Privacy Policy applies exclusively to Services offered by CDS and does not apply to any third-party vendors or websites which may be linked to CDS’s services or referred by CDS staff.
Information CDS Collects
We collect information customers provide directly to CDS to set up an account and facilitate the functionality the Services provides. Such information includes but is not limited to a customer’s name, e-mail address, telephone number and account password. In addition to using this information for identification purposes, we also use it to the extent necessary to enforce our terms of service and to prevent imminent harm to persons or property.
- Location Information: When a customer utilizes the Services, we frequently collect precise location data such as an address location.
- Transaction Information: We collect transaction details related to your use of our Services.
- Usage and Preference Information: We collect information about how you and site visitors interact with our Services, preferences expressed, and settings chosen. In some cases, we do this through the use of cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies that create and maintain unique identifiers.
- Device Information: We may collect information about your mobile device, including, for example, the hardware model, operating system and version, software and file names and versions, preferred language, unique device identifier, advertising identifiers, serial number, device motion information, and mobile network information.
- Log Information: CDS may collect server logs when you interact with the Services. CDS may maintain such logs or delete them at its discretion.
How CDS Uses the Information Collected
CDS uses the information it collects from customers to provide, maintain, and improve its Services, and to protect customers. More specifically, CDS uses the information it collects for the following purposes:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our Services, including, for example, provide products and services you request (and send related information), develop new features, provide customer support, develop safety features, authenticate users, and send product updates and administrative messages;
- Perform internal operations, including, for example, to prevent fraud and abuse of our Services; to troubleshoot software bugs and operational problems; to conduct data analysis, testing, and research; and to monitor and analyze usage and activity trends;
- Send you communications we think will be of interest to you, including information about products, services, and promotions; and
- Personalize and improve the Services, including to provide or recommend features, content, social connections, referrals, and advertisements.
Information CDS Shares
CDS does not share personal information with companies, organizations and individuals outside of the company unless one of the following circumstances applies:
- With your consent. CDS will share personal information with outside companies, organizations, or individuals when we have the customer’s consent to do so.
- For external processing. CDS provides personal information to affiliated and trusted third-party vendors and independent contractors for processing purposes. Each external entity is required to sign a contract with CDS confirming that it will comply with the policies and procedures set forth in this Privacy Policy to maintain the security and integrity of information supplied by customers to CDS.
- For legal reasons. CDS will share personal information with outside companies, organizations or individuals if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to (a) meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request. (b)enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, and/or (d) protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Google, our users or the public as required or permitted by law.
Customer Choices
CDS recognizes that customers have different privacy concerns. Our goal is to be as clear as possible about what information we collect so that you can make meaningful choices. Additionally, we aim to provide you with access to your personal information so that if it is wrong, we can update it quickly or delete it. The following is a non-exclusive list of available choices that CDS encourages customers to consider when it comes to sharing personal information:
- Access Rights. CDS will comply with individual’s requests regarding access, correction, and/or deletion of the personal data it stores in accordance with applicable law.
- Location Information. We request permission for our collection of precise location from your device per the permission system used by your mobile operating system. If you initially permit the collection of this information, you can later disable it by changing the location settings on your mobile device. However, this will limit your ability to use certain features of our Services.
Amendments to Privacy Policy
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes in the way we treat your personal information, or to this Privacy Policy, we will provide you notice through the Services or by some other means, such as email. The new Privacy Policy becomes effective upon the date it is posted and your continued use of the Services constitutes your consent to the changes.
