Administrative Portal Update – Downloads Available in all Administrative Lists

You asked, we delivered.
Agency Administrators and Section Managers can now see additional information in the Hydrant, Inventory, Units and User Data Grids, accessed by clicking on the appropriate link in our Admin Portal Main Menu. Each of these areas now contains the ability to download a .csv file that contains detailed record information. The downloaded .csv will include any of the filtered information you have visible on the data grid.
These updates can assist our customers in locating and reporting on critical information about multiple aspects of their agency as well as their Responder360 system setup.
